Sat	9 AM – 3 PM	High demand; deposit required.

1. Booking Fees

A 50 % non-refundable booking fee is required at checkout and is applied to your final balance. You may reschedule once within 7 days of the original date without penalty; further changes require a new booking fee. Transfers are limited to the same service category (nails → nails, makeup → makeup).

2. Cancellation & No-Show

Cancel ≥ 24 hours in advance to avoid extra fees. No-shows forfeit the booking fee and are charged 50 % of the remaining balance. Two no-shows place the profile on prepay-only status.

3. Late Arrivals

We offer a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee applies. After 15 minutes the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a walk-in; the booking fee is forfeited.

4. Early-Morning & Off-Day Makeup

Need glam before sunrise or on a closed day?

Early-morning (5 AM – 8:59 AM) Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat
Off-day makeup: Thu or Sun by request
Flat rate: $150

5. Multi-Service & Nail-Length Add-Ons

Select every service you need, including nail length (M, L, XL, XXL). Length charges apply beyond short. Unsure? Text or call for a complimentary consult.

6. Walk-Ins

We gladly accept walk-ins between booked appointments on a first-come, first-served basis; online booking guarantees service.

7. Children & Guest Policy

For safety and serenity, no extra guests or children unless receiving a service—seating is limited and sanitized between clients.

8. Allergy & Health Notification

Inform your technician of any allergies, diabetes, neuropathy, or sensitivities prior to service.

9. Hygiene Commitment

• Medical-grade disinfectants • Single-use files & liners • Autoclave-sterilized implements opened at your station.

10. Payments

We accept cash, major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
