Please review our policies before booking. These guidelines help us stay on schedule and provide every client with a clean, comfortable experience.

Booking Fee

A 50% nonrefundable booking fee is required when scheduling your appointment. This amount will be applied to your remaining balance.

You may reschedule your appointment one time, provided the new appointment is within seven days of the original date. Any additional changes will require a new booking fee.

Booking fees may only be transferred to another service within the same category. For example, a nail appointment may be changed to another nail service, but it cannot be transferred to a makeup service.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

If you do not arrive for your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited and you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. After two no-shows, full payment will be required when booking future appointments.

Late Arrivals

We provide a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee may be added.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or cancel your service to avoid delaying the next client. If the appointment is canceled because of a late arrival, the booking fee will be forfeited.

Before-Hours and Closed-Day Makeup

Makeup appointments before regular business hours or on a day we are normally closed may be available by request for a flat rate of $150.

Booking Multiple Services and Nail Length

Please select every service and add-on you will need when booking. This includes nail art and additional length for medium, long, extra-long or XXL nails.

Selecting the correct options gives us enough time to complete your service. If you are unsure what to book, please call or text us before scheduling.

Walk-Ins

Walk-ins are welcome and are accepted between scheduled appointments based on availability. Booking online is the best way to guarantee your appointment time.

Children and Extra Guests

Because seating is limited, please do not bring children or additional guests unless they are also receiving a service.

Health and Allergy Information

Please tell your service provider about any allergies, sensitivities or health conditions that could affect your service. This includes diabetes and neuropathy.

Sanitation

Your health and safety matter to us. We use professional-grade disinfectants, single-use items when appropriate and autoclave-sterilized implements.

Payments

We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
