Our Story

Divine Designz Beauty Bar is a mother-and-daughter business, but our story started long before we opened this location.

My mom, Brenda, has been a licensed nail technician since 1995. She has spent more than 30 years doing nails, creating art and building relationships with the women who sit in her chair. Some of her clients have been coming to her for years, and many have become more like family.

I grew up watching my mom work. I saw the creativity that went into every set of nails, but I also saw how she made her clients feel. They didn’t just leave with their nails done. They left feeling better than they did when they walked in.

As I got older, I found my own place in the beauty industry. I became a licensed esthetician in 2016 and built my career as a makeup artist. Makeup became my way of helping women feel beautiful and confident while still looking like themselves.

For years, my mom and I were building our businesses in our own ways. Eventually, we decided to bring everything together and create one place where our clients could come for nails, pedicures, makeup, handmade press-on nails and beauty products.

That place became Divine Designz Beauty Bar.

When you come into the Beauty Bar, you are going to see a lot of pink, flowers, gold and plenty of sparkle because that is truly us. But beyond how everything looks, we want you to feel comfortable, welcomed and taken care of.

Sanitation has always been important to my mom. It isn’t something we started talking about because it became popular online. It has been a part of how she has worked for decades. We use professional-grade disinfectants, single-use items when appropriate and autoclave-sterilized implements because our clients deserve services that are both beautiful and safe.

Our faith is also an important part of who we are and how we run our business. We are grateful for every person who walks through our doors, and we never take it lightly when someone chooses to support us.

Divine Designz Beauty Bar represents my mom’s years of experience, my love for makeup and beauty, and everything we have built together as a family.

We are still growing, still creating and still finding new ways to serve our clients. Whether you come in for a pedicure, a fresh set of nails, your makeup or a pair of press-ons, we hope you leave feeling beautiful and glad that you came.
